Fostering teamwork
While we have a virtual office, we hold weekly conference calls to discuss hot items. We also gather every month at a Boston restaurant for our company dinner meeting to discuss business and technology spotlights, but also take the time to socialize. The technology spotlights are short presentations on any topic. Some topics have included ROI of adding solar to your home and DIY home multimedia systems. Our team members enjoy getting together outside of work and participating in social activities including company olympics, holiday dinners, ski trips, and mystery trips.
