The Charlton Group, Inc. works with small businesses supporting and managing their technologic requirements. Since its founding in 1992, The Charlton Group, Inc. has provided IT outsourcing, IT project implementation, and business contingency planning to businesses throughout New England.

 

At the core of our services is IT outsourcing that provides a stable computer environment for our customers' office. Included in this service are;

 

  • handling of technical questions from staff e.g. help desk
  • maintenance of server hardware and software
  • networking infrastructure with switches, internet access, and wireless
  • security (backups, firewalls, anti-malware software, etc)

 

Most of our customers' run industry specific applications that we support including, GE Healthcare’s Centricity, SRS Softs' document imaging, J.D. Edwards ERP system, and Bloomberg.
